What we collect through this site, why, and how to reach us about it.
Only what you give us
This site collects personal data in one place: the contact form. When you submit an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, company, phone number, and message you provide, along with anything else you choose to tell us about the work you need done.
We do not run visitor tracking or advertising scripts, and we do not buy, sell, or rent personal data to anyone. Your theme preference (light or dark) and your language preference (English or Arabic) are remembered in your browser’s own storage, not sent to us. See the cookie notice for the full detail on that.
To respond, and to keep a record
Enquiry details are used to understand what you need, respond to you, and keep an internal record of the conversation. They are stored in our private lead system and reviewed by the team responsible for new project enquiries. They are not published anywhere on this site.
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our own record-keeping obligations. If you would like your details removed sooner, contact us using the details below and we will action it.
Ask, correct, or ask us to delete
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the email address below and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
