Build it, create for it, then grow it

Three things a business needs from an agency, in the order it needs them: the system it runs on, the material it shows the world, and the demand that reaches it.

01

What the business runs on.

The systems a business runs on: the software that holds its records, the security around it, and the data inside it.

Everything we build 13

  1. Website Development

Public sites and web applications built to be edited by the people who own them rather than by whoever built them.

  2. Point of Sale (POS)

Till, stock and daily takings for a counter, a floor or several branches reporting into one place.

  3. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Finance, stock, purchasing and people held as one record set, so a figure is entered once and read everywhere.

  4. Custom Software and App Development

Systems and mobile applications shaped around how a business already works, for operations no package fits.

  5. Workflow Automation

The repeated manual steps between existing systems, done by the system instead of by a person.

  6. AI Integration

Language and vision models put to a specific job inside an existing product, with the boundaries written down.

  7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Leads, clients, projects and invoicing in one record set, so nothing depends on who remembers the conversation.

  8. Maintenance and Technical Support

Patching, monitoring and the changes an operation needs after launch, on a standing arrangement.

  9. SaaS Projects

Multi-tenant products with the billing, provisioning and per-client separation that selling software requires.

  10. Cyber Security

Assessment, hardening and monitoring for the systems a business cannot afford to lose access to.

  11. Data Migration

Moving records off an old system with the reconciliation that proves both ends agree before anything is switched off.

  12. Data Analysis

Turning the records a business already holds into the questions it actually asks, answered on demand rather than assembled monthly.

  13. API Integration

Connecting systems that were never designed to speak, including the ones a business cannot replace yet.

What building actually involves

Most of this work replaces something that already exists, which means the hard part is rarely the software. It is establishing how the operation really runs, including the manual steps nobody documents, and then proving the new system and the old one agree before anything is switched off.

None of this is sold as a package

Every engagement is scoped against the operation in front of us. Parts of a category a business does not need are taken out rather than bundled and left unused, and where the work needs something not listed here, it is built.

Each service in detail

  • Software Development

Enterprise systems built to an existing workflow rather than to a product roadmap, covering resource planning, supply chain, people, customers, and production.

  • Website Development

Corporate sites, commerce platforms, and content-managed builds that the client can maintain directly after handover.

  • Mobile App Development

Android, iOS, and Windows applications, extending to wearable and immersive builds where the use case genuinely calls for them.

  • POS and ERP Systems

Point of sale and resource planning holding sales, inventory, purchasing, and reporting in one record instead of three.

  • Cloud and IT Infrastructure

Deployment, migration, and day to day operation of the environment a system runs on, sized to the workload rather than to the largest available tier.

  • Cybersecurity

Assessment and remediation of the estate as it is actually configured, with access and recovery decided during the build rather than after it.

  • Business Automation

Integration between the systems already in service, so a record is entered once and stays consistent everywhere it is used.

  • UI/UX and Creative

Interface and experience design grounded in the operational task, together with the brand and media that carry it.

  • Digital Marketing

Search, content, social, and paid activity reported against what it produced, so spend can be judged rather than assumed.
